The Factory Events is a venue located in Northside in an old factory. In another life, the building was home to a hand tool manufacturing company. Today, thanks to a complete renovation, it is Northside's first full-service event space. With a contemporary chic aesthetic and a flexible layout that includes both indoor and outdoor space, it will be perfect for your next event.

When you rent The Factory, you have 4,500 square feet of space to take advantage of. If you rent between April and October, you can also take advantage of the spacious courtyard. This combination makes the space a perfect all-in-one location for weddings. Both areas can comfortably seat 200 guests with room for 250 cocktail party guests.

Day-of-event venue coordination services will ensure that everything runs smoothly. The Factory supplies complimentary tables and two sets of chairs for the 200 guests. Having one set outside while the other waits inside creates a seamless transition from ceremony to reception. The Factory also has a catering service area and full bar service. Bar packages include glassware and trained bar staff. Finally, valet parking is a necessary, but offered, service for guests.
