We're looking for a full-time Line Cook who takes pride in consistency and craft. This is a role for someone who shows up ready to work, listens well, and executes faithfully. You'll be a dependable part of a tight kitchen team at our commissary, where a steady temperament, clear communication, and mutual respect matter just as much as knife skills. You'll be assigned to a station lead and work alongside them on your station, learning their standards, supporting their workflow, and producing food that's correct and consistent every time. And when something isn't right, you'll be the kind of cook who notices. Beyond the commissary, our chefs also work events, in leadership or as kitchen assistants. It's a fun, high-energy environment our chefs genuinely love, a chance to be part of the action, and help pull off something memorable as a team. What we're looking for: Reliable, full-time commitment to a professional kitchen A great listener who executes precisely from instructions Steady, positive presence, a teammate people want to work alongside Sharp eye for quality Willingness to learn and grow under the guidance of a station lead Enthusiasm for jumping into events as part of the crew

We're looking for a seasonal Event Chef who can lead with confidence and grace. This role is as much about people as it is about food: you'll take a group of cooks and helpers who may have never worked together before and turn them into a team with a shared goal: a flawless event. That takes a steady temperament, a good ear, and the ability to give clear, specific direction while staying gracious and generous with praise when it's earned. On the culinary side, you'll execute the event menu as designed: passed appetizers, salads, running the plate-up line, and desserts. You'll follow instructions precisely, but you'll also know when something on the plate isn't right and have the skill and judgment to adjust it on the fly. What we're looking for: Calm, confident leadership under event-day pressure A great listener who executes faithfully from the chef's instructions The ability to quickly build teamwork among a rotating crew Sharp eye for food quality — recognizing when a dish is off and correcting it Experience across stations: passed apps, salads, plating, desserts
