With this serene location on the Ohio River, our versatile amenities, and historic accommodations, Richwood on the River is the setting for your extraordinary event. Our property can host a variety of events such as weddings, corporate events, retreats, special events, and family reunions.

Our Ava Rose Package entitles you to the private use of Richwood on the River from Friday noon until Sunday noon, including five mansion bedroom suites, six cottage houses, and two luxury carriage house apartments, all on our beautifully manicured grounds. This package includes overnight accommodations for up to 50 guests for two nights, continental breakfast for overnight guests on Saturday, and coffee & donuts on Sunday. Guests staying on-site will also enjoy our seasonal in-ground swimming pool & pool area and all-season hot tub. Additionally, the use of our newly-renovated Carriage House Event Space and breezeway with two outdoor fireplaces, and multiple outdoor wedding ceremony sites on our beautifully manicured grounds is yours for the weekend.

Our couples enjoy the opportunity to have the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception all in the same place; and your guests know that their comfort is important to you as well. Richwood offers many tranquil spaces on our property yet the convenience of a local town with all the amenities. Madison, Indiana is only two miles across the river. With 35 blocks of Main Street on the National Historic Landmark Registry, we promise that there will be something for everyone on your guest list to enjoy.
