This fully furnished, open-concept space offers flexibility and ease of use, with moveable walls, outdoor space, A/V equipment, and free on-site parking. Each room is filled with natural light, comfortable furniture, eco-friendly brands, and a clean, stylish design.

Ideal for off-site meetings, speaker series, workshops, team building, design sessions, and small celebrations, the Annex of Oakley can accommodate 10-25 seated and 40 standing. The well-designed, intimate space is perfect for creative events and businesses, entrepreneurs, and authentic networking. As a woman-owned space, the Annex of Oakley is passionate about hosting inclusive, diverse events that support healthy and sustainable lifestyles.

Choose from four different rental packages and 4 or 8 hours of rental time. Packages range in price and accommodations. The Mainstay and The Shebang include a mixture of work and lounge spaces, plus access to a spacious kitchen, while The Eastside Studio and The Lounge suit smaller events. Each package includes thoughtful touches, like coffee, tea, and sparkling water, and Post-Its, pens, and Sharpies. Additional services, such as event management, are available upon request.
