Brainstorm Events (Mason)

Brainstorm Events is a creative meeting space with two locations. Both spaces feature an ergonomic design that makes them efficient and comfortable sites in which to hold your next meeting or event. Their second, and newest, location is in the northern suburbs of Mason, Oho. The space is a short drive from the bustling epicenter of Cincinnati. There are accommodations near the venue for clients or employees, and a large front parking lot will allow attendees to park with ease.

The Mason location is housed in a newer building that features the modern design that Brainstorm Events is known for. The spacious main room features an open floor plan that allows for easy setup. Windows in the main room will also let in refreshing, natural light. Furthermore, the modern, calming color scheme will keep guests attentive and relaxed. The venue also has smaller attached rooms and furnished open air seating areas that allow for mini breakout sessions.

The space features modern amenities. A house sound system and handheld microphones will help make meetings more interactive. The HD projector and 92" projection screen will help get important topics across to large groups. Whiteboards and flip charts in the break-out rooms will aid in the creative process for small breakout sessions. A kitchen will allow for easy food setup by caterers. Furthermore, the versatile floor plan can accommodate a variety of setups and guest capacities. Depending on your needs, there are round and half-round tables that can seat 30-40 people. The room can also be set up with theater style seating for 50 or for a general networking/social atmosphere that accommodates 70 people.
