This fantastic birthday cake the eat well team made for a TRIPLE birthday party. We had so much fun getting all three names on the cake! This is one of my favorite cakes that we make, the B-52 birthday cake, which is layers of devils’ food cake, Bailey’s Irish Cream cheesecake filling and Grand Marnier buttercream, then covered with chocolate ganache. My servers Melanie and Kim told me the guests licked their plates clean (and then Melanie and Kim licked the platter).
